Nollywood actress Ebube Nwagbo's won the Most Elegant Entertainer 2013 - Encomium Elegance and Style Award. This year’s edition of Encomium’s Black and White Ball held yesterday at Ruby Gardens, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.
