Aged Woman sues Church for Noise Pollution

An aged woman living in Lagos has recently sued a lagos church for noise pollution. She said their church activities induces her hypertensive condition and constitutes nuisance to her.

However, the court has given its injuction and the two parties has taken a peaceful side. They both agreed to settle the case amicably on themselves. However, the church has cautioned the members to decline the level noise pollution, for peace to reign.
