According to TMZ; Kim Kardashian took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of her mother in a very compromising position.In the pic, the 58-year-old is hanging upside down on a pole with her legs wrapped around it during a workout at Sheila Kelley's S Factor studio in Los Angeles.
